I met this family several years ago when I photographed their oldest as a newborn. It was one of my favorite sessions and I immediately fell in love with them. Over the past few years, I have photographed them several times for various milestones and with each session I love them more and more. They are a dream to photograph. They are a dream to work with. They make my job SO very easy because they love each other so well and they are so authentic during our sessions.
When mom contacted me to photography their second baby I was just over-the-moon. Yes, I was excited to work with them again but truly I was just happy for them. I have worked with them for so long now that I truly consider them friends.
I went in to this session with high expectations. I mean, I have adored each of their sessions so OF COURSE this one would be amazing too. I can honestly say that my expectations were blown out of the water. The session was MAGIC.
I got to witness their love for this beautiful baby boy. I got to play with this darling big sister and her amazing personality. I was there the moment that big sister was finally brave enough to hold her baby brother for the FIRST time. I got to watch as her mind worked through the emotions of nervousness and fear that turned into joy and pride. It. Was. Awesome.
As has happened many times, I left this session with a huge grin on my face and was so overjoyed that I get to call this my “job”. I am so thankful for my amazing clients, especially ones who has stayed with me through the years.
